Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Workshop Cancellation Policy

Please note that all workshop bookings are subject to the following terms:

• Cancellations:
  Cancellations are not possible once the booking is made.
• Deposit:
  The deposit paid to secure your spot is non-refundable. This deposit covers part of the preparation costs, and materials ordered in advance.
• Rescheduling:
  You may request to reschedule your workshop to a different available date no later than 7 days before the scheduled workshop. This allows us enough time to offer your spot to another participant.
  Requests made later than 7 days before the workshop cannot be accepted.
